How does performance differ between the foamed heat-insulating materials and others?
The heat conductivity values of the foamed heat-insulating materials range from 0.03 to 0.05 W/m・k.
To enquire about other materials, please contact our customer services.
How does performance differ between the foamed shock absorbers and other materials?
Data related to the impact load test of the foamed shock absorbers can be provided.
To enquire about other materials, please contact our customer services.
How does performance differ between the foamed sound absorbers and other materials?
Open-cell foamed shock absorbers and other materials exhibit good sound absorption properties.
To enquire about other materials, please contact our customer services.
What is the base material of the foamed heat-insulating materials?
Polyethylene (PE), ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer (EVA), polychloroprene (CR), ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM), nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyvinylchloride (PVC) are used as base polymers. Regarding the physical properties, please enquire through our customer services.
Is there a specific recycling method for the foamed materials?
Our closed-cell foamed PE product, “ECOPELCA”, is the reformed material from other products. “ECOPELCA” comprises >50% recycled materials and has obtained the “eco-mark”, a certification related to low environmental loading.
