• What is the difference between LIM (injection molding of liquid silicone rubber) and compression molding?
• The mold of LIM is more expensive than compression molding. However, LIM can accommodate three-dimensional shapes, composite processing, and precision molding. Also, LSR (liquid silicone rubber) has good flowability and enables thin-wall molding.

• How do you adhesive molding about different materials?
• We apply our unique surface modification treatment (patented) to the primary component, insert it into the LIM mold, and insert-mold it to bond it.

• How long does fabrication of molds take?
• ① No assembly work for O-rings, packing, etc. is required.
  ② Improved confidentiality is realized by bonding.
  ③ Improved functionality through hard and soft products.

• What is the safety of silicone rubber?
• Most silicone rubber conforms to Notification No. 85 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare based on the Food Sanitation Law, so it can be used safely in tableware and cooking utensils. In addition, many LSR materials have obtained FDA approval and are said to be safer.
