LIM（液状シリコーンゴムの射出成形）とコンプレッション成形との差異は？

LIMは、金型費用がコンプレッション成形に対し高価になります。但し、LIMでは三次元形状への対応や複合加工、精密成形が可能です。また、LSR（液状シリコーンゴム）は流動性が良く薄肉成形も可能になります。

異種材との接着成形はどの様にされていますか？

一次側部品に当社独自の表面改質処理（特許取得）を行い、LIM金型に挿入、インサート成形で接着させます。

液状シリコーン一体成形のメリットは何ですか？

シリコーンゴムの安全性について

シリコーンゴムの多くは、食品衛生法に基づく厚生省告示第85号に適合しているため、食器・調理器具等へは安全に使用することが可能です。また、LSR材料の多くは、FDAを取得しており、より安全性が高いと言われています。

What is the difference between LIM (injection molding of liquid silicone rubber) and compression molding?

The mold of LIM is more expensive than compression molding. However, LIM can accommodate three-dimensional shapes, composite processing, and precision molding. Also, LSR (liquid silicone rubber) has good flowability and enables thin-wall molding.

How do you adhesive molding about different materials?

We apply our unique surface modification treatment (patented) to the primary component, insert it into the LIM mold, and insert-mold it to bond it.

How long does fabrication of molds take?

① No assembly work for O-rings, packing, etc. is required.
② Improved confidentiality is realized by bonding.
③ Improved functionality through hard and soft products.

What is the safety of silicone rubber?

Most silicone rubber conforms to Notification No. 85 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare based on the Food Sanitation Law, so it can be used safely in tableware and cooking utensils. In addition, many LSR materials have obtained FDA approval and are said to be safer.
