What is the difference between LIM (injection molding of liquid silicone rubber) and compression molding?

The mold of LIM is more expensive than compression molding. However, LIM can accommodate three-dimensional shapes, composite processing, and precision molding. Also, LSR (liquid silicone rubber) has good flowability and enables thin-wall molding.

How do you adhesive molding about different materials?

We apply our unique surface modification treatment (patented) to the primary component, insert it into the LIM mold, and insert-mold it to bond it.

How long does fabrication of molds take?

What is the safety of silicone rubber?
